Luxury Riverside Hotel in Africa

Luxury Riverside Hotel in Africa - World Luxury Hotel Awards 2026

Pax Manor Muthaiga has been declared the 2026 winner for Best Luxury Riverside Hotel in Africa at the World Luxury Hotel Awards. The honour recognises the rare natural setting of our boutique hotel: a tranquil riverside retreat in Muthaiga that feels a world away from the city, yet sits within easy reach of Nairobi's business districts, embassies and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

For guests looking for a luxury hotel in Nairobi with a sense of nature and calm, Pax Manor offers something few city properties can. Wake to birdsong and green views, dine beside the gardens and enjoy the privacy of just 26 rooms and suites. It is this combination of setting, service and seclusion that has made Pax Manor one of the most celebrated boutique hotels in Kenya and across Africa.
